Government Jobs having a
huge scope in future and a candidate can get higher salary with lots of
incentives in it plus there is a chance of promotion in future if the
performance is great. A person working in lower grade can work in the higher
grade in the government services.

Government Jobs Eligibility
Criteria
Well, the eligibility
criteria are depends on the nature of job in the department of government as
given on that posts recruitment notification. But can candidate have to be
eligible to apply for the posts.
But usually, if the posts
is related to lower grade, a candidate must be HSC Pass, if the posts is
related to middle, a candidate must be Graduate and if the posts is related to
the higher grade than a candidate must be a Post-Graduate with experience.
Experience is also a big thing which is considered by the various government
departments. Everything is upto the notification.
Government Jobs Procedures
The procedures of
getting a Government Job are not so easy if said frankly. There is a tough
competition and everyone is looking for the government jobs. The first priority
for the people is to get government job to live a securing life. First
candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria to be as much educated which
are suitable to get a job.
Whenever a recruitment
notification is release, a candidate is required to apply for the preferred
posts either by Online or Offline mode. And after applying the selection
process begins which includes –
- Written Exam: A written exam is taken to examine the knowledge of a candidate in the field of English Language or Regional Language, General Knowledge, Mathematics Etc. A candidate should be intelligent in these fields.
- Personal Interview: The purpose of conducting Personal Interview is to interact with the candidate to know the level of his/her knowledge and ability to present him/her.
- Merit List: A Merit List is prepared which shows the list of selected candidate, a candidate is required to match with the list and having his/her name and a candidate receives an appointment letter from the department.
- Training: First Six month of working is considered as training then a candidate will be works as permanent.
Remuneration is the biggest
factor for which people preferred government job. The Salary is starts from
Rs.10, 000/- per month and having highest chances of increment in future and
also a candidate get promotion.
